Shipping & Cancellation Policy

All Henney Bear orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in New Delhi, India.
We take great care to ensure your purchase reaches you safely, beautifully packed, and on time.

Delivery Timings

  • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may authorize a family member, neighbor, or colleague to receive the parcel. Henney Bear will not be responsible for goods signed by an alternative recipient.

  • Certain courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete delivery. The OTP will be sent to the phone number provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • All deliveries within India are fulfilled within 7–15 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your destination and courier service availability.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

  • Delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Free shipping is offered across India. However, luggage items may carry an additional shipping fee due to size and handling requirements.

International Shipping

  • Henney Bear ships to most destinations worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery time is 15–30 working days, depending on factors such as:

    • Customs processing time in the destination country

    • Local public holidays

    • Other circumstances beyond our control

  • All international orders are shipped via reliable courier or EMS.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order is dispatched.

  • Shipping charges exclude insurance. If you wish to insure your parcel, please contact us — insurance is available at an additional cost.

  • Free international shipping is available on orders above INR 15,999.

  • A flat shipping charge of INR 2,500 applies to orders below INR 15,999.

  • Shipping charges displayed at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, which vary by country and must be paid by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Compliance

  • Henney Bear complies with export and customs regulations of India.

  • The consignee/customer is responsible for complying with import regulations of their destination country.

  • International purchases may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon arrival.

  • Please ensure your order complies with local import laws and quantity restrictions applicable in your country.

Customs Clearance & Returns

In the event an order is not cleared by customs in the destination country, Henney Bear may, at its sole discretion, process a refund after deducting:

  • Shipping costs

  • Return duty charges

  • Any additional expenses incurred during order processing and shipment.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at support@henneybear.in or calling +91-8298294444 (Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST).

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For cancellations within 24 hours, 2.5% payment gateway charges will be deducted.

  • Refunds (after deduction) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, or as per your bank’s guidelines.

Important Note

Before placing an order, please ensure that your selected products comply with your country’s import regulations and delivery permissions.
